Orange Marmalade Cake

This Orange Marmalade cake has the most gorgeous texture, it has a fairly dense crumb, and yet is still incredibly light and airy.

With its delicate Orange flavour, sprinkling of mixed fruit and warm spices this Orange Marmalade cake is finished off with an Orange glaze mixed with fresh Orange zest.

Orange Marmalade cake is perfect with a cuppa at any time of day, and any time of year, and because of its dense crumb it is not too delicate to wrap and pack for picnics, pavked lunches etc.

Simple delicious! 

An 8 inch cake which will happily serve at laest 12 slices
