Coffee And Almond Loaf Cake

This Coffee and Almond cake makes a nice change from the usual Coffee and Walnut and is a wonderfully light coffee cake containing ground Almonds and a smattering of flaked Almonds on top. A light, nutty sponge made using brown sugar and decaf coffee. Perfect for a mid-morning treat, or even breakfast.
