Traditional Cherry Cake

A traditional style, seven-inch round, deep cherry cake.

A simple cake, perfect for afternoon tea. This cherry cake has a beautiful, light crumb texture, and a generous sprinkling of Glace cherries, with a little ground almond to help with texture and flavour.

This is an 7-inch cake and will happily serve 8 to 10 slices

Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Palm, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.5%), Buttermilk, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid (Citric Acid), Flavourings, Vitamin A and D, Colour (Carotene) Whole Free-Range Eggs.
