Carrot Cake Loaf

This is a beautiful light and moist Carrot cake containing Walnut pieces, Sultanas, Fresh Orange Juice and Zest, loads of freshly grated carrots and a generous amount of Cinnamon and other spices.

It is simply divine in both taste and texture and will have you coming back for more.

This Carrot cake keeps incredibly well and freezes beautifully, though I very much doubt it will make it to the freezer unless of course, you buy two!

This cake will be delivered with no toppings, so it's ready for you to eat as is or you can finish it with your favourite cream cheese frosting, or why not try a whipped white chocolate frosting?
