Carrot Layer Cake

A beautiful light and moist Carrot cake containing Walnut pieces, Sultanas, Fresh Orange Juice and Zest, loads of freshly grated carrots and a blend of warm spices.

It is simply divine in both taste and texture and is perfect for Birthday, special occasions, afternoon tea or even as a treat with a cup of coffee

This Carrot cake keeps incredibly well and freezes beautifully, though I very much doubt it will make it to the freezer.

If like me, you love carrot cake, then this is definitely the one for you.

This is an 8 inch cake consisting of two layer of cake sandwiched together with vanilla buttercream and will happily serve 12 slices, you also have the option to have buttercream on top as well, which is decorated with walnut halves and little sugar carrots making it a perfect cake for a Birthday or special celebration.
