This Banana Bread Loaf has the most wonderful texture - moist, soft texture, and dense enough to toast, though you may want to pop it under the grill rather than in the toaster!

Made with lots of ripe Banana, brown sugar, and a hint of cinnamon, but not overly sweet.

This Banana Bread Loaf is perfect for any time of day.

Try it for breakfast, toasted, and spread with butter and honey, or spread the top with your favourite Cream Cheese Frosting for a lovely tea - time treat
